Non-profit mentorship

Learn to fly from those who already do.

Future Pilots Mentoring matches aspiring pilots with real pilots from airlines around the world.

How it works

Filter by gender, ethnicity, continent, country, airline and rank.

Introduce yourself and ask a pilot to be your mentor.

Once accepted, message and share files right on the site.

From the newsroom

Students choose their mentors. Pilots only see the students who reach out to them first — so your profile stays private until you decide otherwise.

Our partners help open the cockpit door to students everywhere.
